We have started our journey after recognizing the lack of skilled personnel in the industry. In today’s competitive marketplace, recruiters are looking for people who have the right talent and skills to nurture in the industry and can meet their expectations. However, our traditional educational system hardly satisfies what’s demanded in the market. Various training centers are there to address and resolve this concern, but they too fail because of adopting the traditional training programs that are solely focused on concepts and not on practical knowledge.
